John Klein – Partner

John Klein graduated Cum Laude from Kalamazoo College in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, going on to receive a Masters in the same field from Western Michigan University in 1973. He graduated from the College of William and Mary School of Law in 1976 and his areas of expertise include Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Social Security Disability and Virginia Workers’ Compensation.

Mr. Klein was named by Coastal Virginia Magazine as a top lawyer 
in Coastal Virginia in workers compensation in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
